That means you exceeded your hourly/daily limit.... Learn a little bit more about this before you just use it willy nilly.

I received yesterday morning and I'm afraid to continue using.
Not more than 7 games played per hour, and only 28 per day. Only seasons, no draft or fut champions...

You were probably reported by your opponent. Did you score an own goal before disconnecting?

I dont score an own goal in 4 or 5 matches... on my first day with the trainer did not know very well how to use it :///

What did the warning say?

I received two warnings before I got banned, so maybe you can still use the trainer, but I'm not really sure, because some people got banned after their first warning.

Yeah, I received this message twice before they banned me. I still used the trainer after I received the first message and didn't get banned, but you never know with EA, they sometimes ban people immediately. If you have a lot of coins, stop using the trainer.
