Yea but with that changes atleast bicheon and bowmans are playable too.

Less stun rate in soul spear and the nerf of force debuffs, specially the cooldown shared for cure with 30sec delay. Atleast bicheon have a chance now and force vs force will be faster and better, since they cant spam cure 24/7. In almost every 80cap server, they dont even fix force skills so is a heuksal force fest. Atleast here is fixed the cure. Ofc we will see the typical forcers with shield 24 7 spamming heal but u cant do much about it. Only if u take off force totally and upgrade fire ice light. Ofc wont happen.


About the rates, i have no idea. Should be medium rates.
