sir, does it mean the asprotect is some kind of a file compactor itself?

nope Asprotect is a file encryptor/ter before you can extract or decompile an exe file you have to decrypt it first coz its protected by Asprotect

hmmm as far as im concerned encrypted files are password protected. so if i am not mistaken you guys plan to remove asp protect so that you can decode it.correct me if im wrong.

we already have a way on removing it but extracting the contents of the main.exe is another prob.

what kind of problem?maybe removing the Asprotect was unsuccessful. just a thought..

I already post some programs on page 31 or 30..

I use a "tool" but has a virus.. its made specifically for editing main.exe for private servers

it will forcefully remove the asprotect...

there's another way which is a long method.. but haven't done it yet.. quite confusing

then next step would be to extract the contents of the main.exe by using e delphi decompiler

but when I use it... it says... the main.exe is encrypted.. meaning... asprotect still exist..

i dunno... its giving me a head ache..

is this reverse engineering? i saw a lot of tutorials that can decrypt the asprotect..
01/13/2010 12:24 13versus#323
dude, before posting that, define a lot. Even if it sucessfull in decryting, the file isnt decrypted 100%. only like 94% and stuff, and the minor stuff are left out, making the extracted file seems to fail.

Anyway, here's what I have promised, to avoid abuser from using that file for something else, I packed it up and put a password protection on it. If you are a hacker, or just have computer literal knowledge, then, this will be really easy.

Oh and i forgot, the above link is for the thing that i called Admin Main.exe

yah alot of tutorial but a dead end after decrypting
01/13/2010 12:39 AresMars03#325
i see..so thats the problem...even if theres a lot of tutorials...it will end in nothing...hey brian have you tried to consult game reversal?
01/13/2010 12:51 13versus#326
what do you mean "Consult"??? So, brian, have any success on the admin main.exe??
01/13/2010 12:53 AresMars03#327

Why did you put a Trojan on it? -.-'

Ow and dont make mistakes with the terms, a Hacker is a good person, a professional that works to find bugs, exploits and things like that in sites, databases, etc and then he reports them for the Company/person responsible. So please dont confuse them with crackers and lammers ;/

No he didnt, but he got "hackers" mixed up with "crackers".
--EDIT: Thanks for the Admin_Main.EXE dude. I'll see what I can come up with this.
