[Release]Effect Changer

I do instructions and window pops up at server list saying to "complete ads next time" then closes game, ad window never poped up after running Effects changer.exe, turned off anti virus and downloded visual studio c++ link, Win7 64 bit

only stuff that takes place during the match works e.g. +10 attack
pen, exp etc don't work

When i start it, i dont see the Ad and it tell me to complete it next time and then close S4, how can i deal with this?
