if No one reports you and xtrap doesn't detect your hack, then they will not know :D So just make sure your stats are kept in the pen weapons stat range, or people will know and report. But if you really want forcepack, then you would have to change the id of your weapons to AP grade items, so that it will correlate with the stats

Well with clothes and items that are not weapons, u can change them to any stat u want, even AP stats, because noone can see your clothing stats. So no one can know your clothes stats ,so thats fine. Its only the weapons they can know cause it shows when you kill someone with it :D hope i helped
