If I remember right you said in one of your thread that you are a C# programmer. So whats the problem ?

I think Ish and Smb aren't coded in this version. Only the buttons. You need to add the animation and effect by yourself.

Becouse when i open "Azure DO server" he say me that it stop to running?
in cms he say this
If you have IIS(recommended):
- Copy wwwroot and put in inetpub/wwwroot
- Copy KERNEL-DOCMS and put in inetpub.
If you have XAMPP:
- Copy content of wwwroot and put in xampp/htdocs
- Copy KERNEL-DOCMS and put in xampp/

Install CMS
- You must activete mysqli api in php.
Then go to KERNEL-DOCMS and open Server.Config.php, and configure it.

You have to "edit" :)) the emulator.
Check the smb,emp,ish packets and send to other at the players on map that you are using the item.
My question is how you can edit the mysql for that type of setting? lol

Look at Requi's YT Channel. He made more then one tutorial.

But the server will be still full of bugs and not playable.
If you can't program, don't try to make a private server. This isn't a minecraft server.

i see pvpunivers is good but it isn't not on. Also this azura have bug?

You need an apache version that support php 5.4

Try xampp version 1.8.1
