to crack it = ollydbg

Hmm, if you have the right tools, themida is unpacked in like 12 seconds on my comp, then IAT repair take like 10-15 more, leaving only the CRC check to be patched manually.
Google it, themida is the target of choice for reversers.
Only ASM helps you there... is a jungle :P .net has nothing to do with reversing.
