I SOLVED THE PROBLEM!!!

Ok, first thing you do is go here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and log in with you account username and password

Now, you should see this screen below. Click where the red box shows.

Now, you should see this screen below. The pink box shows what this screen will look like after you set this password. The red box is where you want to click.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Now, enter the needed information as shown in the picture. And click the indicated button at the end.
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Last step is to check your email and hit the link that you receive from them in the next 24 hours or else you will have to do this process over.

If you were in-game while doing this, please close the game and start it up again.
Now, you will be able to delete any character of yours.

make this 9d in english is very easy
the simple way : rename the file NDTEXTDB_US.XSD to NDTEXTDB_VN.XSD and copy it on ur viet 9d folder ->data-> script, replace the old file and play in english ^^but first update the game, then replace language files, then start the game, but dont let him update(launch launcher, and pres the FIRST right buton ONCE) then launch the game(pres left buton, after it is presable)

not really =/ if you have any torrents or anything downloading or ESPECIALLY uploading, then i suggest turning them off or closing your torrent client. or just capping your upload at 2kb or something.

Download patcher from the first post and put in the folder of the patch.
Register LINK and INSTRUCTIONS in first post!

Btw-When opening the NDPATCH i get this error: ShellExecuteEx bi truc trac; ma loi 2 The system cannot find the file specified. If anyone else gets this error on visa, just right click and run as admin thing. =D

Can someone say the name of the server everyones on? The numbering confuses me cuz ppl are saying server 7 is 3 and stuff...
+ Getting this client is outdated error at loggin now that i replace the original VN....
Solution: If on visa run as admin!
+ Once i logged on my new character, it said invalid name index....
