in my opinion it's holy crap to let the customers stay in unknowledge. there is no support online all the time. there is no server delivering and no news on the board of xertonia. and whats about the mail from the xertonia email adress in which it says: xertonia goes offline. this couldnt be a ex-moderator! So if xertonia isnt offline, please check the support tickets and deliver the servers. further gimme answers for my questions in here.

Hi,

my concrete question is run the current server continue or do I need to look for a new root server hosting? I am now almost 1 years Xertonia customer and would like to have this information. Are my xertonia Servers currently safe?

Hello Alex,

i have a problem. Yesterday i bought a server on your page but than i noticed that i have ordered the wrong server and i want to delete it. I have already written a ticket but no answer and I will order another server when the wrong one is deleted.
