I use another account, its work, but if I use my main account, stop at 65%, I've cleared the cache in chrome, firefox, IE, but still the same, snag at 65%

w/c item did you buy? if it's a quest item you'll probably get a snag.. and if it's a buildable item and you bought the built item. you'll still get a snag :x
