I dont know how NGRHook is in legitmate providers, genuinley the most scummy cheat providers I have used, I have used multiple cheat providers for various different games but this has to have been my worse experience with one ever,

1. when I had bought the cheat the cheat was down, thats on me I guess but it was down for a long ass time and ussually other cheat providers dont let you purchase cheats when their cheat is down however there was compensation given for this

2. performance on this cheat is terrible, the cheat itself uses more of your CPU than actual apex does, this wasnt just an issue with me as other users were having this issue as well,on there site it is labeled as fully optimised with little to no CPU/FPS drops this is a complete lie, they have no CPU specifications on their site either so as long as it works fine on the cheat devs computer fine they will always say it is optimised.

3. Support is genuinley trash, they do not care about their customers at all and are just there to make a quick bag, after a day of "using" it i requested a refund in their ticket system, they then told me its against their refund policy even tho they had technical reason stated within their refund policy and then started saying that my computer isnt strong enough isnt their fault even tho they have no CPU Specifications set anywhere not only this they say their cheat is highly optimised as well, not only this my computer isnt even bad I am able to run modern games and I have used many cheats on different games before and I genuinley never have had this bad for a performance on a cheat as this running the game on a constant 10fps, this is still a technical issue and is within their refund policy

Imgur links have converstations if you want to see for yourself, I highly advise not going with NGRHook if you are planning on buying, only thing it has going for it is its cheap price but not worth it

The performance is only an issue for a few, we had not been aware that some people had been having issues with performance and so assumed you must have a terrible cpu or something.
Anyways, you've been refunded.

Once again, this issue affects a very small portion of our customer base. Not sure why you're acting like your experience is representative of everyone else's, but its not.
We're also gonna be looking into a fix.
Update: we've deployed a fix, thank you for helping bring this to our attention, if you want to give it another go I can give you a free key.
