He is a reseller (unknownapps) however the cheats he resells are not malware unless something has changed in the last month, they used to be a very good cheap option to play legit but recently they have gone downhill used to be able to last months with them in competitive but last time I used them got banned after a few days of pub play

I always got banned on there cheat but there spoofer was pretty good
