So I don't know what you did to alchemy rates but you obviously did something. There's no way I should be using 200+ elixirs on an 11d item and never get past +5. Most of the time I fail going for +2/3 even.

He thought that tinkering with an already stablished alchemy rate was a good idea. He said earlier that the new powder was an alternative to plus d12+ items.

Shit is mandatory, you won't get past +4 without it. I spend over 200 elixirs on a single accesory piece and it barely touched +4 once.

I honestly don't even know why I bother at this point. Any time they "fix" something they end up breaking it even more.
