Guys is premium plus 2 (20 str int) working? It says its only for lvl 1-100, will it disappear If I use before lvl 100 and then hit lvl 101?

Could any GMs clarify that?

I' think what they ment is that it CAN'T be used between 1 and 100 lvls, meaning only 101+ lvl character can use it. I'm not 100% sure though, but I'm sure it won't dissapear, that would be absurd.
