Your PIN is inactive because you failed to read the following text in BIG BIG letters on the purchase page.
IMPORTANT!!!
MAKE SURE YOUR BOT IS PATCHED TO THE LATEST VERSION AND IS DISPLAYING PIN_EXPIRED OR PIN_UNACTIVATED BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
Failure to do this WILL result in your PIN not correctly activating.
So yea, ur right, our tech support sux. LOL. If you want a refund, then fine, you can have one. We don't need subscribers who don't bother to read important information and constantly asking for support on things they shouldn't have to. There are only 2 of us, and we kinda have to spend a lot of time on development. Not to mention sleeping, eating and going to the toilet.
We offer support when we can, 5GBP a month is peanuts for a bit of software like this. If you're expecting 24/7 help and support for that price as well, you are gonna be in for a serious let down. There are active members on our forum who give good help as well as in the botter's chat who are kind enough to help out people with problems. As for failed subscriptions due to lack of simple READING of IMPORTANT information, well. It's quicker and easier for us to simply reverse the payment, point out the above text and tell them to try again, although personally, I hope they don't, as it is my opinion they'd be nothing but trouble.
Simply having to spend the time writing this post has taken me away from development of the bot, thus causing delays in future releases, thus effecting everyone. I suggest in future, not just with us but in everything you do, to simply pay more attention, you will find it saves you time and saves everyone else around you time and trouble.
