Next (important) go to the forum and find the patch, use the patch, then run the bot.
Make sure it connects to server and says Unactivated PIN. Then click the link to pay. I did not patch first so i believe my pin was not correct. Your PIN is inactive because you failed to read the following text in BIG BIG letters on the purchase page.

IMPORTANT!!!

So yea, ur right, our tech support sux. LOL. If you want a refund, then fine, you can have one. We don't need subscribers who don't bother to read important information and constantly asking for support on things they shouldn't have to. There are only 2 of us, and we kinda have to spend a lot of time on development. Not to mention sleeping, eating and going to the toilet.

We offer support when we can, 5GBP a month is peanuts for a bit of software like this. If you're expecting 24/7 help and support for that price as well, you are gonna be in for a serious let down. There are active members on our forum who give good help as well as in the botter's chat who are kind enough to help out people with problems. As for failed subscriptions due to lack of simple READING of IMPORTANT information, well. It's quicker and easier for us to simply reverse the payment, point out the above text and tell them to try again, although personally, I hope they don't, as it is my opinion they'd be nothing but trouble.

Simply having to spend the time writing this post has taken me away from development of the bot, thus causing delays in future releases, thus effecting everyone. I suggest in future, not just with us but in everything you do, to simply pay more attention, you will find it saves you time and saves everyone else around you time and trouble.

If you read the entire post he'll say he'll refund you, no questions asked. He doesn't need people who can't read properly. I'm just re-stating what hes said, no offense towards you at all bud. Support staff is quite limited you can see and they can't be on 24/7. Danny is usually around and replying to mails constantly everyday. You've just hit the one unlucky day he isn't around to support the people who didn't follow the instructions properly.
If you would still like to use the bot I'd suggest you speak in a polite manner. Sorry bud and good luck.

I can't help my answers being smart, it kinda comes naturally.

Danny is currently ill, not that most round here care anyway. For the most part, the general feeling towards us here is bitterness and unwarranted hostility. Still, subscribers keep on flooding in, we must be doing something right, and I suspect that's the reason for it. Doesn't take a psychologist to figure that out does it? We have Walter Korvacs to put up with too, handing out infractions for the most petty things, it's clearly obvious he's jumping on any oppertunity he can find, no matter how small, it's utterly pathetic and it's a source of great amusement for us both. Ultimately, it will only serve as a negative aspect of this forum, which is a shame. Danny paid for premium membership not long ago (which I wil NOT be doing in light of Korvacs behaviour btw) and caused a lot of problems for the owner when he reversed the paypal payment due to lack of service caused by a ban brought about by Korv's petty vendetta. I know from experience that when that happens, PayPal can lock the accounts involved for review, sometimes for months. Which wouldn't please the owner much would it?

As for his subscription, i'll deal with it.

I removed my comment saying your tech support sucks. It was said as a joke and was never meant to be taken seriously or personally. I know that your not a large software and never expected actual tech support. It was sarcasm. Sorry about that.
