If you are playing at home, just press Alt+num key 0 and then Alt+num key 2 to take control of the opposition.

If you are playing away, just press Alt+num key 0 and then Alt+num key 1.

So if you are playing DR, it is better to choose Fitness DR than Fitness 99? More effective in losing less fitness?
