What is 99%? U are 99% sure, v3 will starts today, or 99% done?

It is seems that it is not today that we will be able to play the V3 ... It is night across Europe and also in America ... I was really looking forward to it ...

Hours ago they said they're about to release it.
There are few things they're working on, but I heard that official start is planned for tonight.

Since I'm not in both p.e and NoCheat minds, I can't guarantee that 100%.

EDIT: it seems like all I said is turning wrong, so just wait for p.e or NoCheat.

Dear Admins. I know, you have your own life and families but it's hard to tell us one info whats going on?

i'm pretty sure they won't let us wait on purpose, I assume they ran into minor last minute issues that are causing this delay ( don't quote me on this ) so just be patient because i'm absolute sure they just want to open the server just as bad as everyone else. Try to keep calm.
