using windows 8 and avg as my antivirus. Using Broadband as an internet connection.
can you tell me whats wrong because you can add gems to me and why i cant do it. always failed and game bugged to much hack.

If you can't launch the game in your browser, you need to wait. Or perhaps that you have a bad userkey, reffresh and put the new one. Last things: you need to have dragons in your pvp team
