and with your problem you checked all the errors on first page? (x86) skype settings xampp settings run as admin use chrome import everything right way else replace one of the lines in php my admin please see if your error is somewhere in there.

go to emulator . bat see if there is (x86) in notepad then remove that
turn off skype or say not to use port (first page screen)
run xampp as admin start appache and mysql
