BUT ! that's still not a good reason to flame and curse the whole guild.

Now he made himself very clear, ONLY new guild members will get help, so don't send your lameass PMs asking for free stuff ( yeah, it happens ).
I got PMs asking for : gold, coins, items, unique plvl, etc... SO DON'T !
