Easy Way to make a runescape Private server

Hm, I have a server up and running, but using that video guide, people can't seem to connect to my server. I can, but others can't.

Did they join your hamachi?

When you arent have Hamachi then download and Install it.
Make a Connection to your Server with Hamachi then give all your Hamachi Network to join your Server.

Hey Great tutorials! I followed your video guide(although there was no video only audio) I managed to create my server. But now I'm wondering how do I get my server online so others can play as well. Also how do I edit my server? Like put objects into it. If you've ever played the Godzhell private server I would like to make mine similar to it.

Well the source should have all of them.
but you need hamachi inorder to make other people join

Need 317 client.... can you edit and give clientlinks too?

ok, this is a good guide and i started on it i got as far as setting up the no ip thing, but then, whenever i try opening a private server it says
'Java' recognized as an internal command or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Press any key to continue . . .

Also i tried undoing the steps for this and it still happens can i have some advice on how to undo this please as it is very very annoying=(
