can i ask something if its big letter or small? letters

it's not japanese character... can you read its romanji <-- this means the japanese character is transformed into phonetic xD means alphabet letter in english ^_^!

@ can you read the question? it will say if the letter is in caps mode :)!

the 1st program all anime first letter in name are big then all small :)! 2nd program all lower case!
