yeah S4 league now wont start up at all with the item manager running xD

Hopefully there is a patch for the item manager released somewhat soon, its quite annoying to keep up with everything on the game with item time limits >.<, especially sense AP users make the game even more unbalanced, fumbi FTW! xD
