News from IM : You don't have to restore,becouse you won't get a string table error
You don't have to equip your tps and +15 hp skill becouse that would be money spedning...if i helped you press *THANKS

I think you're on Windows 7 32bit system? I have the same OS config and I also got this problem..

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package. Google the downloads, you're problem will be sorted out

i reinstalled and i'm still getting my same problem:

"uhm, the IM's been working for me all day, but just now i tried starting up the IM and game, the IM mini box says success and never goes away, and the main IM editing box never pops up, it's happened twice since i've logged into the game just now, it's weird because there weren't any patches
any advice?"

Mr.Sm!th I don't need to put weapons and skills and I don't need to press Restore before start. And now I can save more PEN because i dont need to repair them.=)

Inventory Manager was a discontinued project from Nyamochka, that would allow you to equip WHATEVER you wanted w/o having to buy it or have it in your inventory.

Hey.
Ich brauch eure Hilfe! Ich hab mir den Itemmanager gedownloaded und wollte mir ein "Golden CS" Hollen, als ich das gemacht habe war mein 2. Charakter mit dne gleichen sachen wie mein 1. Charakter ausgerüstet! UND er war unsichtbar! Andere haben ihn auch nicht gesehen, nur meine Waffen!? Weiß einer wieso?
Ich hab es so gemacht nach dem ich Itemmanger geswtartet habe:
S4 Gestartet, alles angezoggen (im 2. Slot CS), Profil erstellt, Purpil SMG und 15HP Skill angezoggen (alles andere aus), Channel auswahl und dann im Itemmanger mein Profil doppelklick, dann in Deutschen Channel und ich war Invisible mit dem 2. Char und hatte die selben sachen an wie mein 1. !? Ist cool und gut aber nur wieso? xD
