You could always meet him ingame or ask for a screenshare through skype. When you're going to trade post a thread in the black market section, request a trade and find a trustful middleman (someone with alot of mediations). I always recommend a middleman, esspecially with these kind of amounts.
And seriously asking if he can guarantee that the account won't get banned is ridiculous. Selling/buying accounts is against the rules and mayngames or hungames there is always a risk of getting banned no one can guarantee it.
