You can get your money back if it was on paypal and wow did not expect him to scam people O.O Report him to the mods here with proof of transaction from Paypal and they'll give him an IP Ban

His elite gold is locked for a reason. Everyone can scam. As you can see in his black market section he scammed someone in the past, why would you even trust him? his last trade was him scamming someone...
Also in his name he says free middleman service, he is not allowed to do official middleman services here at elitepvpers because he has a negative feedback. So again I wouldn't trust him.
