It also does not matter how long he actually was naked on cam, it matters that he was MULTIPLE times, also with not only showing his butt.

Why don't you just show make all the VOD's public again? You could download them off twitch, upload them to youtube without any cuts and just blur out the part where your kids butt (or even more) is showing.
I don't know if twitch doesn't care about your incident because you are just a small streamer who probably peaked around 10 viewers, but if you were a huge streamer then you'd be banned for just seeing him for a mere second. Everyone knows that twitch bans everything, unless you are someone like alinity.
You shouldn't have any problems with showing the vods either, since:
1.) you have a 1gbit upload, that's around 125 mega byte per second.
2.) If there ain't anything to blur out except for < 2 minutes of content, then you don't have much work, right?
And I'm just going to say it again, it doesn't matter how long it was actually on camera, it matters that it happened not just once. That is just you not giving a fuck about the privacy of your own child.
Though I highly doubt you would proof it, you'd probably be like "bla bla, not going to put in that work, bla bla" or something like "bla bla, I don't care twitch said it was okay, bla bla". And why don't you also just show us the response from twitch, I'm wondering what they said to this.
