I know, it's easier to create a second partition and install a 64 bit OS as upgrading from 32 to 64 bit :D

hehe, download this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] split your harddisk in 2 partions with this tool and then, you have 2 virtual harddisks, just restart your PC and put in a 64 Bit OS CD and install this on the second partition :D

Sorry i don't have any 32 Bit OS, ask a 32 bit user, who wrote that it works for him.
