OMG , you just gave me a hope :3 , anyway what's wrong with homepage , it gives IIS7 , i though it should gives not found !!

Is it necessary to all players to download that new client/media? Or it is that which was updaded 9/8/2012?

No it's not, just for the ones that requested the client.
It's the same media as it was when the server was functional.

am checking for new servers, and as for topsro, is that the latest client after the new machine? meaning, download this client u uploaded or should i wait till the site is online to download the latest?

This will be the working client, UNLESS he makes some changes in the media.pk2.

this server is not offline, this server is dead :D

I leave this server, it doesnt make sense to wait till they open it.
