Alright, for everyone who have a problem using the hack in windows 7 Ultimate.

If there's a error that popped out that is written :

" Nana.exe has stopped working "

Do not close it, instead just ignore it..

The hack will work but grand chase will somehow Lag :/

I don't know about the other OS but this method is working for me.
