So I got a answer from Malekin of the S2Games in the offical forum.

We have not made any final decisions on how we will handle LAN play yet. It is very high on our priority and we will make a determination soon.
Tomorrow is the release so I think there is no lan yet. BUT he talks about how to handle LAN-Play. So I think sooner or later there WILL be LAN-Support.

And if they want to get into e-sports they have to make a LAN-support.

There will be no LAN at release. As it sits right now, the only way to play HoN will be as it has been for the last year. When we make our decisions regarding LAN, we will release that information.
So too bad for us. We have to get up and fix our LAN-Version as best as possible. :-(

Edit: I found a way to get Panda's voice===> just copy the Panda's sounds(and only sounds) to the folder.
But he doesn't talk when he attacks. Anyone have an idea for this?
(I tried it for Jereziah.)

Hero: Pandamonium.
Bug: After a Flurry, Panda stops attack.

Skill#4: Face Smash.
Description: The fourth attack doesn't make damage.

Funny bug: Runes doesn't disappears on bottle :D

Ok, quick idea for Treant skill #3 fix
Killing condition strings like
Condition, Test, Else
and leaving only 1 state deals with problem but we won't have different effects for buildings anymore ;)

Ok, couple of fixes for Windrunner:
1. Ult is available at lvl1. With this small typo fixed string should look like this:
requiredlevel="6,11,16"
2/ I updated stringgtables a bit (so they will be visible ingame) but they are still not perfect

how about morphling? He can be easily created:
Model: Tempest's water elemental
Type: Agility hero
Skill1: Water Surge - basically kraken's skill where he moves from A to B, but faster
Skill2: Adaptive strike - don't really know how this skill works now in dota, but bassibally, it checks which attribute is higher, and if it's strenght, it stuns dunno how many seconds, if it's agility, it does 1/2/3/4XAgility damage
Skill3: Morph - 2 skills ->
Morph agility: transforms 2/4/6/8 strenght to agility on click
Morph strenght: transforms 2/4/6/8 agility to strenght on click
Ultimate: Clones a target hero, except self, for dunno how many seconds, controlable, takes 300% damage, deals 50% (Not sure). After the clone is created, on reactivation(the clone still exists) instantly teleports Morphling to clone, replacing it and destroying it.

I noticed that armour boots(plated graviers or sth like this) doesn't give the buff when activated.
I'm trying to finish magnataur's ulti but I have two problems: first is dealing the damage just once, second is to teleport all enemies in offset from him. Sordi, do You know how to do this?
@Dido222 nice idea, didn't thought about models of summoned units before and water elemental is good for morph, yet I wont pick him up because his ulti is a bit complicated.

Introducing freshly ported hero:
Phantom Warrior(in DotA known as Phantom Lancer)
All skills works the almost same way as in Dota; there are two differences.

Spirit Hammer(Spirit Lance) is based on predator's slow and arachna's ulti so the created unit isn't an illusion but pet which has fixed hp/dmg so his hp/dmg doesn't depend on hero's dmg - thats because this version doesn't support stack_entity and I couldn't teleport newly created illusion to target position so this is the first difference.

Dopplewalk is based on scout's invisibility, but additionally it spawns illusion in hero position and there's a little problem with this because if I make hero invis and then spawn illusion its invisible too, otherwise the illusion isnt placed directly in the spot hero was standing. Hope you can figure this out Sordi.

Juxtapose works as should but here's the second difference - illusions inherit all abilities so they can spawn more illusions and that cannot be modified by ultimate. Ulti just increases the percentage of juxtapose.

I used the goatar model and its really nice for an agility hero, he has armour similar to legionnaire's armour.

And there's one thing I should tell You Sordi - I didnt adjust the int/agi/str for heroes I made, just created the mechanisms for skills and eyecandy so check them here and adjust [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

can't download skeleton king.Says something like"This file is neither allocated to a Premium Account, or a Collector's Account, and can therefore only be downloaded 10 times. This limit is reached.".What to do, I wanna play SK .Please help.
