Not really. The thing is, you can't activate an account with a KSSN under 14 years unless you also have a working 18+ person's KSSN, from which to give permision.

Guys, it's been like 6 hours i search for Kssn, and all i found is a couple that are under 18 years old -.- I really went to play the Korean AL, I'll keep searching until i find one, but if anyone can give me a hand, It would be really appreciate.

it is helpful to target during the GvG, PvP , Siege, hostiles, basically it prevent you from enemies; and i think it's not for Race War(Battle Ground) coz we cannot see enemies names.

did u made scion first and click on NPC before you made archer?
