I do not play wotlk on retail servers so I cant tell you. I suggest trying both for a period of time and deciding, wotlk rotations are not complex in nature so anything would work. Not even sure Aimsharp officially supports WOTLK, if they do, I didn't really see anything about it.

Do not use aimsharp for wotlk you will get bent over backwards. There is practically zero support for it.
