*Added some visual effects to Item Mall.

*Changed the glow for +15.

*Fixed dark santa hats magic option.

*Increased Anti Devil Bow - Demolition/Annihilate damage a little bit.

*Increased Lightning Chain and Thousand Army Chain debuffs probability to 35%.

*Increased NPC Thief damage.

*Increased Sereness's Tears and Commander's Patch drop ratio.

*Increased Twin Energy Smash bleed probability to 23%.

*Increased the cooldown of 5 and 6 Arrow Combos on Bow to 8 seconds.

*Increased the spirit alchemy rate.

*Reduced CHN Balance damage absorption to 10%.

*Reduced War Elephant trans def and speed to 5.5m.

*Reduced weapon changers price to 1500 silk.

tbh the server got good stats so far but get instantly killed by the ip limits all u can see are full partys from 1 player this is just stupid should be changed to 2 max otherwise it will just end like the other servers empty but not empty because everyone play 2 partys at the same time xD

This is IP Limit and is not pc limit, everyone can open up to 5 characters per pc. If we set the IP Limit to any number, it can be easily bypassed in a few seconds using some free socks from the internet.
