Is the use of multi-client methods allowed(vmware,2 pc's,etc)?

Playing 9Dragons Eclipse on PC and laptop // at same time is allowed, as long you are not using same account by some hack or exploit.
Same goes for laptop & laptop and PC & PC.

So 9D Eclipse will not work on virtual workstations.

Can someone help me please? I let ndlauncher to update, I m using eclipsemonitor to log in but when I m starting the game it doesn t let me log in. It s telling me to restart client.

How is the PVP on this server?
