Because you have a softban.

You teleported to far in a to short period of time.

Wait some hours, then you should be able to play again in your new location.

Replace the default coordiantes from the coder with your desired coordiantes.
So you wont get a softban again if you choosed some other place to play :)

As far as i know and some people told me, the bot is coded to use auto token.

But sometimes i read, that someone needs to use the code.

Bei mir kommt immer beim Start die Meldung das Pokemon Rocket API nicht mehr funktioniert, was kann ich dagegen machen?

Eine funktion in den settings wo wann einstellen könnte ob er pokestops farmen soll oder ob er nur pokemon bekämpfen soll wäre glaube auch ne gute idee. Weil da wo viele spots sind farmt er fast nur die deswegen eine Einstellung für farm pokestops true, false und catch pokemon true, false wäre glaube echt geil. :)

Hast du .NET 4.5 installiert? Kommt die Meldung direkt oder kommt vorher in der Console ein output?

It is so written, that we try to get that Token direct without any user interaction. But there is a Google Error "BrowserRequired" <- when this message appears, you have to manually enter a code. That means, your account is in someway restricted.

Ja, habe .NET installiert, die Meldung kommt sofort nachdem ich die Anwendung usführen möchte

Wohin hat er sich jetzt geportet nach den neuen Update? :D
