2015/03/09 Changelog ;
✔ Perma banned Neith * Philip (The 2 people who cheated as traders)
✔ Removed Evil fortress town Teleport to Donwhang (The way they both cheated)
✔ Enabled Cheat detecting as a thief (If a thief summoned a pet and picked goods inside the safezone, Their goods will be removed and names will be written in notice as they gonna be banned for 1day)
✔ Increased Job Survival arena mobs
✔ Fixed the visual buggs
✔ Updated Thief & Hunters NPC that follows the trades from Europe NPC attackers to Chineese NPC attackers and decreased their Attack and defense to 50%
