you get a short ip ban from the login server :D
if the message comes you must wait a little bit or get a new one

How does it work? I open the program and fill in my username and pass. Then i get to another screen and you have to choose 1-9 i press 4 (free) and nothing happens? How do i get this work. (first time using such things :D)

read the how-to
dont enter 4
enter pdlvl ;)

Change Server in cofig(last number of game server ip ->3/4) and try again .
