OK just to get this out to ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO WORK THE IDM, PLEASE watch the video posted that lalaker has been kind enough to spare you the troubles of how to work this wonderful idm. =.=
Also to add onto that Lalaker has already said that he or she (I actually dunno) will (probably) update AFTER THE NEW PATCH IS RELEASED, and add on or make a new seperate Stat changer for useage

I did. But it still says the same thing. I also have win7 64bit. Is there anyway you can teamviewer or like skype sharescreens with me?. Just incase i am doing something wrong.

Run either Idm 2.0 or 4.5 AS ADMIN and the rest you can open normally

Well did you follow what the video said to do?
If you're still hopelessly stuck and your Brain.exe for some reason stopped running here's a little Tut on how to work the IDm....
1. Run either .Net 2.0 or 4.5 AS ADMIN
2. Start S4 league, Login desired account
3. Remove Weapon from slot 3 and the skill
4. Click at the top of the IDm "Open S4 League"
5. Click "Save" then the ">"
6. Enter old Id's on the left column and new Id's on the right column *make sure you click the box so it ticks*
7. Press "on"
8. Logout of server and rejoin and check your inventory to see if your items have changed
9. Unequip all the items and re-equip weapon 3 and your skill (weapon 3 cannot be a weapon that's being changed)
10. click "Load" and "off" (leave boxes ticked)
11. Enter a room click "restore" and enter.
