I have attempted to contact support.support4 using skype several times over several days with no answer.

as for the support.merkava i have sent a message to that skype address also.

both my husband and i have licenses that were supposedly activated, however we are getting a message:

Is Merkava supposed to run with chrome by disabling the shockwave dll? It did automatically with mine and darkorbit was no longer able to run. I have had to re-install chrome just to get my shockwave player back up, not sure if I did something wrong...

You have Merkava open with that error and Do open...ok now just close merkava and refresh Do page...reopen merkava and your message should disippear.

No need to reinstall chrome to restore your settings...when you use ass administrator merkava this will modify you plugins settings...opend new tab on chrome and write this chrome://plugins and press + on the right side to check if you have the settings like this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If not just sellect manual the options that you don't have. Anyway with this plugins settings you can play to DO with merkava on or off...no need to restore settings if you don't use merkava

To both there might be even firewall problem too...i'll ask for more details today after work

amenrip 3 months ago i buy an merkava license with 10 euro PSC (66 days with new customer bonus") I use it i think 1 month then i use only PBDO.
License expired i think on April 4.

It's any chance to get my time back?

I buy a moto last year and i use it only 4 months each year but the insurance i'll
pay for all year :D

For me merkava dont work even with last version, stuck on loading with firefox and chrome (settings about flash and admin mode done), i sent feedback to support, i hope they will fix it soon.
