This method of scamming is also inluded as swindling and it is a criminal act. If only NzElite lives here in PH you may report this guy(gghex/ownmeh) on NBI. Im sure all hes/her information,location will be tracked down by the authority. The good thing is you got his/her complete name "Maribel Mendoza". You can also try calling NBI even if you live
in NZ. Try tell them what happened and keep an eye with this guy and im sure he will be under survailance.
