Looking at the screenshot of your router config it seems like you redirect all incoming traffic on the shaiya server ports to your database. Port 1433 is commonly used for remote connections to MS SQL database servers. From my point of view this one does not need to be open for public access at all. In fact I would consider an open port 1433 a security risk since the credentials of the Shaiya database user are commonly known.
Try redirecting the Shaiya server ports to the corresponding ones that are configured on your server, i.e. port 30810 should go to 192.168.1.xx port 30810 and so on.
Also take into account: Your public IP might change if your ISP cuts your router's connection constantly every 24 hours. If this is the case you will have to update the public IP in your config and restart the Shaiya server after every disconnect.
BTW: "pare-feu" is "firewall" in English.
