Just as I suspected that you have something to dekaron.exe. Stay here is 100% efficient dekaron.exe + dekarom_nnse.exe upload both files to the bin but do yourself a copy of your files in case of trouble

i download a english client and server , [DEV] funtions is ok . openconsole ok but can not close it . chinese client can not use [DEV] any funtions.

If you wont close console just click again CTRL+SHIFT and console must close.
