i figured that its useless cuz once you restart the modem the ip adress well be changed again and than the no-ip well never apply a connection to the ip address that you have which mean ......FAIL lmao

Not really, is not a big issue at all.

Spamming accounts is nothing, you can just delete the folder, it takes maybe 30mins and to make backup for old accounts just check date modify and then sort after that and you can take them out before.

Or you could do simple things in the registration with time limit, ip filter, max account limit, captcha, email registration etc.

I were more talking about he will open his ports, which gives you access to alot fun then.

What video recorder did you used?
You can also use dot.tk 's free dns service =] also if your IP is static then you need to make sure that your modem wont get restarted or else your modem will assign you a new ip =]

There's a lot of vps around yet you need to pay for it, and if you don't have money for the vps then try any ways to earn money online. Since your a semi-pro on c# then you can make/contribute programs / tools/ hacks from co and make a money from it =]

Or you could combine this.
Have a register page saving your IP, blocking it after x amount of registrations, add a time limit for those who have the ability to hide their IPs somehow (static ip, proxy servers, w/e - I know this is unlikely) and ofc. add a 'captcha' and you could add e-mail registrations, however I wouldn't register if an 'amateur' pserver added that.
