I guess the reason why you couldn't find a static offset for silence/stunned is because it's part of the CPlayer's (which is dynamic) CEffect object. I'll see what I can do. My To-Do list is starting to become pretty huge though :P

I don't have a guild; should I just join one and start the quest?

And I don't use a Quiz program. I'm pretty fast, so I glimpse the question, swap to FF with search tab up on the BoI Quiz page on Wiki, start to write in and get the answer, swapping back usually within 3-4 seconds. Happens that I mistype though and lose a point or two, but generally all delays I ever get are caused by mistyping on the Wiki :P

Program I wrote basically does the same thing as you do. I tend to be slow at my tabbing and searching :) Especially if trying to share answers with my guild.

Popping up a guild just to test may be useful, but if you hang out near Warren (north building in Atlantis Square) you'll see someone else start up a quest in no time. Especially if you do it near reset. Having control of the cart yourself is nice so you can take your time testing though (gets you at least 1 hour to mess around. Not sure if the cart despawns after that). I suppose if you are joining (not making) then it is a no-brainer to go for it. Low/new guilds frequently invite anyone who wants to join.

I don't really need a program to do it for me. Just hit #1 today with ease.

I have no idea about what you mean by reset though, but implemented a bit of what you said including party info (the latter hasn't been commited yet though).

Now I'll move on to working on the effects though (stunned/silenced)!

Server reset, at 0:00 on server clock. Lots of people do all of their events then, including tons of guild quests within that first 30 minutes.

I was wondering, when are you going to start on writing the bot? And are you going to write it in C# or C++?

Though my progress in the last days has been fairly small due to school etc., I believe HackBoy is still far enough to write a bot on. Unless you believe something highly important is still missing (such as NPC shopping, I'll get around to that soon xD).

Looking at how to do the interfacing between C# and C++ right now. I was able to just use functions which were already written before, so hadn't sat down to understand precisely what was going on with all of them. I ought to have something up and running before Wednesday (when classes start for me).
