do the exact steps from me ..
for the Energy and Neighbours , jz put the folder in the plugin folder ...
if it still not works .. restart ur pc and reinstall the program and do it all over again ...
and if it stillll not works .. jz play fair OK ! :P

careful though, either the bot or the plugin has a virus or both, so i would recommend installing avg and malware protection before even downloading them.

I don't know what kind of virus it is, but its the one that locks your task manager and regedit from opening up. So its pretty serious.lol

why the cityville bot im using only have main and settings tab? in the pic at 1st page i can see lots of tab? how to get all those tabs?
