hey if you delete teh tips doesn't conquer send then some empty lines instea of the tips, wich ends up you still miss your whispers.

The problem is only half solved. You will not gona be annoyed by text....but them lines( empty) will come. You'll just gonna delete the text, you're not gonna stop them Tips from comming.
We need something who stop them Tips permanently.
Temporarly, this deleting thing it's helpfull and that's why I give Karma, but it's just a "for moment" solution.

you also have to delete all the contents in tips.dat

Wrong. Tips.dat is the file with all the tips when you reach new levels. You know where the little question mark thing is next to your health? That is what "Tips.dat" is for :)
