change the 1.4 mb file by hexing Fps:%d and 4 lines later where it says "English" change to "Chinese"..
then open the 916 kb conquer file and search for "English"..change to "english"

works for me

maybe cause they are using the same exe for china server.

Simply to say theres 2 steps,

1> Open Conquer.exe with hex editor, search for Fps:%d and 4lines later after the Monday, Tuesday Etc day, change the "English" there to "Chinese".

2> Search again with the same page, for "English" and change it to "english"

ok heres what you do
open Conquer.exe with hex editor
hit crtl f and put 45 6E 67 6C 69 73 68 in hex search field
the change English to english
Bam!!!!! save and your done

Dont think you need to make 'English' to 'Chinese' or anything. Just changing 'English' to 'english' or 'cnglish' or 'znglish' would be fine.
