u can tell this becuz now he knows he is wrong and is going back through the forum and picking on people that may have jst made an account yesterday or doesnt really know how to make a post...but w.e. its all good

well yeah i agree that this was a known thing but you did point out thats its less time consuming to to upgrades and not house perms...

I did this guide but it takes really long to sell on my server so I sold it for 20mill and a guy bought from me and is trying to sell for 35mill and its been like a week and no one bought his lol.. pwnt

well im jst saying if you would have read the whole topic then you would have found out that on almost all servers house upgrades sell for the same price as a db and are mostly traded for a db...therefor if you make a house upgrade a day then ure making a db a day....
