WEST COAST (Canada) Well put Both Plug-in's in the Adobe Photoshop main folder....C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS install them there and they should work

ok but no one has answered the other part of my question. How do I start making these. Remember im very new to this kind of thing and as you noticed these have been the very few posts i have made in like 2 years. It would be very helpful for a guide of some sort.

the 130 weps are found in folder blades

I cannot find out where i edit the cyclone skill for tro FB and SS as well as the vigor thing wud b. If someone port all those which i just said. I give them +K
