if hacks and bugs they called abusive...what are the use of moderator here???

well, hacks and bugs are only abusive when, they're abused.
let's call that the abusive limit.
moderators and guardians are here to keep the hacks and bugs,
away from that abusive limit.
there are stages wherein bugs and hacks aren't abused ya know.

Q2.
are they the ones accepting if hacks are okei to post???

yes, in this forum, they are the ones who accept hacks and also bugs.
it's there duty to inspect the hacks or bugs if it's not just a virus or a keylogger, and so many other stuffs are needed to be considered.

Q3.
dont tell me the mod are not using hacks.
(i dunno if it's a question but it sounds like one.)
